Our studios come in a range of sizes and styles, so you can choose what suits you best. Every apartment is fully furnished, with its own kitchen and en-suite bathroom, ready to move straight into no assembly required, nothing missing.
Kingston has two mainline stations, a network of bus routes, and easy motorway access, so getting into London or anywhere else is straightforward.
As well as being well positioned for shopping and travel into London, Kingston University's Penrhyn Road campus is just a 12-minute walk from home too.
Great
A well-considered studio from 15.6m², with a small double bed, built-in storage, a private shower room, and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge/freezer, electric hob, kettle and toaster. Everything you need, plus full access to the communal spaces downstairs.
Great Plus
Great Plus gives you the same well-equipped studio as Great, with a little more space to make it your own. You’ll have a small double bed, private en-suite, kitchenette, built-in storage and a sofa added in for extra comfort.
Awesome
Awesome offers private en-suite living from 17.7m², with large windows for natural light and a layout designed for day-to-day comfort. Each studio includes a small double bed, fully equipped kitchenette, dedicated workspace and access to all communal areas.
Awesome Plus
Awesome Plus is one of Tribu’s most complete studio options, with a spacious 18.5m² layout, natural light and premium design touches. It includes a private en-suite, upgraded kitchen space, dedicated work zone and room for a lounge area.
Excellent
A step up in size from 18.6m², Excellent gives you more space while keeping everything private and easy to manage. Each studio includes a small double bed, integrated desk area, wardrobe and shelving, private en-suite and kitchenette, with some layouts including a lounge-style seating area.
Excellent Plus
Excellent Plus gives you more space, more light and a layout that feels properly considered. From 18.8m², it includes a private en-suite, kitchenette, desk and table, extra storage, and room for a sofa depending on the layout.
Extraordinary
A premium studio from 21.4m², with a private en-suite, kitchenette, dedicated desk and table, extra storage, and more room to relax. Some layouts include space for a sofa, making it a strong choice for anyone who wants added comfort, privacy and flexibility.
Extraordinary Plus
Our most spacious studio at 24.2m², with an expansive layout, natural light, premium design touches, a private en-suite, upgraded kitchen space, dedicated work zone, and room for a lounge area. The full package, with noticeably more space to make it yours.

Are bills included in the rent?
Yes — your monthly rent covers everything. Wi-Fi, energy, water and building maintenance are all included, so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month. One payment, no admin.
What if I need help with something?
Your Community Manager is on hand for exactly that. Whether it's a maintenance issue, a question about your room, or just getting your bearings in a new neighbourhood — they're here to sort it.
Is there a community vibe?
Very much so. Shared kitchens, lounges and co-working spaces are designed to bring people together, alongside regular resident events. Nobody's expected to join in but most people find they want to.
Is there a minimum stay?
We offer short stays of up to 90 days, and longer-term stays if you're looking for something more permanent.
What is Co-Living?
Co-living means enjoying your own private, fully furnished living space, complete with an en-suite bathroom and dedicated study area, while sharing beautifully designed communal spaces with a welcoming community of residents.
