The Excellent studio offers a great balance of comfort and function. Larger than Awesome, each room includes a small double bed, an integrated desk area, wardrobe, shelving, and space to eat, work or relax and sizes start from 18.6m2. You’ll also find a private en-suite and kitchenette with all the essentials- and some layouts include a lounge-style seating area. With sleek, modern finishes and access to Tribu’s shared spaces, it’s ideal for longer stays or co-livers who want their own space without isolation.
Don't forget, in addition, you will also have access to the communal lounge, communal kitchen and private dining area, the rooftop, workspace, cinema room and onsite laundry facilities as well as our onsite coffee shop.

Are bills included in the rent?
Yes — your monthly rent covers everything. Wi-Fi, energy, water and building maintenance are all included, so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month. One payment, no admin.
What if I need help with something?
Your Community Manager is on hand for exactly that. Whether it's a maintenance issue, a question about your room, or just getting your bearings in a new neighbourhood — they're here to sort it.
Is there a community vibe?
Very much so. Shared kitchens, lounges and co-working spaces are designed to bring people together, alongside regular resident events. Nobody's expected to join in but most people find they want to.
Is there a minimum stay?
We offer short stays of up to 90 days, and longer-term stays if you're looking for something more permanent.
What is Co-Living?
Co-living means enjoying your own private, fully furnished living space, complete with an en-suite bathroom and dedicated study area, while sharing beautifully designed communal spaces with a welcoming community of residents. It offers the privacy and independence of your own home, alongside the opportunity to connect, socialise, and collaborate whenever you choose.
