Designed for residents who want more space and more flexibility, Excellent Plus is one of our most popular studio styles, with sizes from 18.8m2. These layouts often feature additional floor space, room for a sofa, and better natural light- perfect for those working from home or looking to entertain friends. You’ll still have your own private bathroom, kitchenette, desk, and storage, with plug sockets (USB-equipped) in all the right places. Whether you’re staying short term or settling in for longer, Excellent Plus offers that bit more of everything.

Don't forget, in addition, you will also have access to the communal lounge, communal kitchen and private dining area, the rooftop, workspace, cinema room and onsite laundry facilities as well as our onsite coffee shop.

Are bills included in the rent?
Yes — your monthly rent covers everything. Wi-Fi, energy, water and building maintenance are all included, so there are no surprise bills at the end of the month. One payment, no admin.
What if I need help with something?
Your Community Manager is on hand for exactly that. Whether it's a maintenance issue, a question about your room, or just getting your bearings in a new neighbourhood — they're here to sort it.
Is there a community vibe?
Very much so. Shared kitchens, lounges and co-working spaces are designed to bring people together, alongside regular resident events. Nobody's expected to join in but most people find they want to.
Is there a minimum stay?
We offer short stays of up to 90 days, and longer-term stays if you're looking for something more permanent.
What is Co-Living?
Co-living means enjoying your own private, fully furnished living space, complete with an en-suite bathroom and dedicated study area, while sharing beautifully designed communal spaces with a welcoming community of residents. It offers the privacy and independence of your own home, alongside the opportunity to connect, socialise, and collaborate whenever you choose.
